Specialized Services

What we do?

At JEALT, we bring over 25 years of experience in providing specialized talent solutions for process outsourcing and delivering specialized services for companies doing business in Mexico.

We enhance your efficiency and reduce costs by pinpointing functions that can be effectively outsourced through specialized service providers, ensuring they’re outside of your organization’s core purpose and predominant economic activity.

What are specialized services?

They encompass activities, processes, and functions that do not fall within the predominant economic activity of the company and can be efficiently executed by a third-party expert in the field. This third party provides its own qualified personnel within the client’s premises.

Is outsourcing specialized services prohibited?

The labor outsourcing reform does not prohibit it, as long as the specialized services contracted are not part of the contracting company’s core business or predominant economic activity.

Methodology:

JEALT Corporate Engineering Steps:

  1. We analyze the core business and predominant economic activity of the business.
  2. We identify the phases of the production process that are not part of the core business and predominant economic activity and could be outsourced by a professional.
  3. We evaluate the roles of the workers currently involved in the phases of the production processes that could be outsourced. This evaluation aims to determine their level of involvement in the core business and predominant economic activity of the company, in order to define the specialty of the service they perform and that can be outsourced.
  4. Through our extensive portfolio of specialized service provider companies, we create a comprehensive value proposition that allows the organization to outsource all the services previously identified as viable. This optimization will streamline the organization’s processes and reduce costs.

Industries:

All our specialized service or works provider companies are registered with the Ministry of Labor (STPS), and their information can be accessed in the Public Registry of Specialized Service Contractors (REPSE).
