We provide guidance for the correct interpretation of applicable legal provisions, manage internal corporate aspects, and meticulously follow up on requirements set by various authorities.
Responsible for reporting affiliate movements to IMSS (registrations, cancellations, salary changes), analyzing and correctly integrating employer-employee quotas. We also provide advice and consultancy on social security matters, ICSOE, SISUB, and SIROC, ensuring employers' compliance with relevant authorities.
